What our mesh banners offer you?
Our mesh banners are digitally printed to provide you with full-color, and professional-looking banners. Mesh banners are great for everywhere that wind may be a problem or if the banner needs to be lighter than when using a standard 13oz. banner material. Even a small solid vinyl banner on a fence can catch enough wind to do damage to a fence. Mesh banners also offer privacy but still allow you to see through slightly.
Since the mesh banners are made to be used outdoors they are durable and resistant to fraying or ripping and also help prevent fading caused by the sun. They are meant to withstand all of the weather elements and are waterproof.
Mesh Banner Options
We use Duratex Mesh Banner material for all of our mesh banners. This is a lightweight product made for windy areas or large banners that need to allow wind to flow through them. The mesh weave minimizes wind resistance and allows air to pass through the banner material. Mesh banners are great for job sites, concerts, sporting events, and any other outdoor event.

How large can my mesh banner be?
We can print up to 10′ wide and nearly any length.
What material are your mesh banners made from?
We use a lightweight, 8oz. perforated vinyl banner material that allows for a 70/30 airflow rate to prevent catching wind.
Why use a mesh banner instead of a regular vinyl banner?
A regular vinyl banner can definitely be used indoors and outdoors. A mesh banner is specialized to let wind through. Mesh banners also work best sometimes on very large banners. Mesh banner material is lighter so can require less support to hang from.
Can I print a double-sided mesh banner?
No, we are only able to print single-sided mesh banners, unfortunately.
Will my design lose any detail due to the material?
There is minimal detail and color loss due to the perforated banner material. The example above shows the difference between a mesh banner and a regular 13oz. banner from a distance, and up-close if you hover over the image.
Tips for using perforated vinyl banners
- One of the most common uses of mesh banners is on a chain link fence. But they can be used just like any other banner.
- Mesh banner material also weighs less than regular banner material. So if you are in need of a very large banner and weight of the banner is a factor, perforated vinyl with grommets and welded seams may be best for you.
- Mesh banners can be used indoors or outdoors. We print our mesh banners using UV inks to aid in weather resistance so your banner will last for years to come.
