Paper foam board
For a more temporary poster, we use a paper-faced memory foam board with a unique foam material that is designed to retain its thickness during printing, mounting, laminating, & die-cutting.

Polystyrene foam board
For a sign that requires more durability and rigidity, we use a more heavy-duty foam and outer coating made with polystyrene instead of paper. This product can be used in a wider variety of applications. It can easily be cut by knife or router. In the right conditions, signs can last up to 10 years using this material. If you are thinking of using foam board for an interior permanent display such as for retail displays, we offer numerous thicknesses to use and build from.

What materials are foam board posters made from?

What is the standard size for foam board sign?
There is not a “standard” size for these signs. We can produce your art up to 48″x96″.
Can I print my foam board posters double-sided?
Yes we can print single and double-sided on foam board and styrene materials we offer.
Do you print directly on the surface or mask with printed vinyl?
We are able to print directly to the surface of our foam core signs or styrene signs. With the use of UV inks, we are able to deliver clean, crisp, detailed graphics.
Foam Core Signs Design Tips
- Don’t crowd or clutter your foam board posters. Your audience needs to easily read your message from a distance.
- Make sure your more important information is emphasized and stands out the most on your foam core signs.
- Always leave around 3″-4″ of space between your important text and the edges of your foam board posters.
